Cafeteria Cook
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Cafeteria Cook to join their team. As a Cafeteria Cook, you will be part of the Food Services Department supporting the hospital staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Lake City, FL
Pay Range: $17.91
Shift: open rotation
What's the Job?
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to deliver high-quality meals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including early mornings or evenings.
