Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, driven Superintendent to join a premier national builder with a strong presence in Dallas‑Fort Worth. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish Manage field staff and subcontractor teams to maintain productivity and safety Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met Maintain high‑quality workmanship and enforce company standards Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients and stakeholders Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects ($50 m AND up) Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills A proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships on and off the site Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction Average tenure of 3+ years for each company Job Offer & Benefits

• 135,000 - $165,000 base – dependent on experience
