Hvac Residential Service Technician

Job Description

Job Description

HVAC Technicians:
You know HVAC Service. You know how to diagnose a system, communicate with homeowners, solve problems, and take pride in doing the job right.

Now you need a company that takes just as much pride in you.

Armor Air is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want more than another truck to drive and a list of calls to run. We're building a team of skilled professionals who work hard, keep learning, take care of each other, and genuinely care about the families who invite us into their homes.

Our motto is simple: Do What's Right.

That means doing what's right for our customers, doing what's right for our team, and giving great technicians the opportunity to build an incredible career.

Why Armor Air?

Great technicians deserve to be rewarded for great work. We want you to have the tools, opportunities, and support to build a career that works for you and your family.

• Uncapped earning potential
• Unlimited paid time off
• Commissions, bonuses and SPIFFs
• Company truck
• Company iPad and phone
• Health, dental and vision insurance
• Ongoing training and professional development
• Opportunities to grow within the company
• A culture built around doing what's right

But benefits only tell part of the story.

We want people who enjoy coming to work. People who can laugh with their teammates, take tremendous pride in their craft, serve homeowners exceptionally well, and go home knowing they did something worthwhile that day.

We take HVAC seriously. We just don't believe you have to take yourself seriously every second of the day.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of HVAC technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Attention to detail
• Dependability and professionalism
• A willingness to learn, grow and be coached
• A commitment to doing what's right for the customer

You don't need to know everything. Nobody does.

But if you're already good at what you do and you're hungry to become even better, we want to give you the opportunity to do exactly that.

If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your growth matters, your family matters, and your future matters, we'd love to meet you.

Come see why Armor Air might be the last HVAC company you ever have to apply to.
