MEDICAL ASSISTANT (MA)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical operations and provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical support skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and flexibility to assist across departments as needed.

• Assist healthcare providers with daily clinical operations and patient care activities.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and preparation for examinations.
• Obtain and document patient information as assigned.
• Support providers and other clinical staff with routine patient care tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow established documentation procedures.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Float to other departments or assigned areas when needed.

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required .
• Must be willing and able to float between departments or assigned work areas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and clinical teams.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs.

• Candidates must have at least two years of relevant Medical Assistant experience.
• Flexibility to float is required.
