Current Openings Systems / Network Engineer Junior Network Administrator IT Services Sales Person Systems / Network Engineer What You’ll Do: Administer and support Windows Server environments. Architect and install network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Implement and manage security protocols, update virus protection, maintain firewalls, and establish data backup and disaster recovery procedures. Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Support Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. Perform server, workstation, and application deployments. Manage operating system and application patching. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure and application issues. Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge‑sharing efforts. Provide exceptional client‑facing support across multiple customer environments. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 4‑7 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments. Experience with Windows Server administration. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V, VMware, and Proxmox. Experience working in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients preferred. Strong analytical thinking, incident management, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills. Industry‑recognized credentials such as Cisco’s CCNA or CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Juniper, and Microsoft certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include the items below. Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project and operational requirements. Install and configure systems such as support core, financial software and core operational infrastructure applications. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Contribute to and maintain systems standards. Perform data restores in a Unix environment. Research and recommend innovative, and when possible automated approaches for system administrative tasks. Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale. Perform daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or discs are created and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request for all software. Repair and recover from all hardware/software failures, communicate issues with all constituents. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis based on recommendation the Safety Officer, and upgrade administrative tools. Upgrade and configure software that supports infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Maintain data center environmental and monitor equipment. Assist with troubleshooting and completion of Help Desk issues. IT Services and Support Sales Position We are currently seeking an outside sales person to expand our IT services department. Key responsibilities and qualifications are below. Key Responsibilities: New business to business account development. Generating revenue and meeting sales quotas. Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold‑calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities. Using a consultative sales approach, conduct proposals to C‑Level Executives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 3‑5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred. “Hunter” sales mentality.
