Clinic Admissions Associate Location: Spring, TX Job Id: 30805 # of Openings: 1 As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Responsibilities Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics (document management, tracking, and communication with referral sources). Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help families understand our services. Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership. Qualifications Positive, contagious attitude and readiness to engage with families. 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Eagerness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented company culture.
