Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Care Manager Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel RN Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation Agency: LotusOne – Care Career Shift: Days, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Contract Length: Confirm with agency; source lists 91 contract weeks Work Arrangement: Remote, California residents only Start Date: October 26, 2026 First-Time Travelers: Accepted Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience. Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience — HARD STOP. Active California RN license in hand at submission; temporary licenses are not accepted. BLS certification. EPIC experience. Previous charge experience, as listed in the qualifications section. Must reside in California and be available to attend in-person training in Los Angeles and pick up equipment. Must be willing to work weekends. Must be able to provide 2 professional references from the past year of employment, from a supervisor or higher; Charge RNs are not accepted as references. Required Skills Workers’ Compensation Case Management. Disability Case Management. Prior Authorizations. Telephonic Case Management. Insurance company experience. Schedule & Additional Details Work Arrangement: Remote within California only. Weekend Requirement: Yes. Floating: No. On-Call: No. Flu Vaccine: Mandatory; no exemptions or declinations accepted. COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required. RTO: Maximum 7 days, must be submitted upfront; no RTO during the first 2 weeks. Training: In-person training in Los Angeles; equipment pickup required. Patient Population: Adults. Daily Census: Approximately 40. Important: Candidates must have Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience and an active California RN license at submission. Both are critical screening requirements.
