- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care, Physician-led organization
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Job Requirements: BC/BE Family Medicine Physician, Outpatient only, Opportunity to teach Family Medicine Residents
- Compensation: $260,000 – $320,000 base salary (location dependent), $25,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 quality bonus, Loan assistance available, Residency stipend available
