Lead Electrical Engineer – St. Paul, MN Haskell is a global network of experts providing integrated design, engineering, construction and professional services to clients and communities. We’re looking for a licensed Lead Electrical Engineer to join our St. Paul office (remote work possible with travel availability). Responsibilities Lead electrical design for fee‑for‑service, design‑build and EPC projects across consumer goods, defense and maritime markets. Provide quality control for the electrical discipline and conduct frequent interdisciplinary reviews with project teams in St. Paul and across Haskell’s international network. Develop and deliver electrical plans, specs, calculations and coordination documents for projects from concept to ribbon‑cutting. Qualifications Licensed electrical engineer in the United States. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in electrical design and project management. Strong leadership skills and ability to promote a team‑centered culture.
