OverviewSaunders Staffing Agency is currently building a priority roster of compassionate CNAs for an upcoming service expansion at a major healthcare facility in Richmond. We are looking for reliable professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality resident care in a professional long-term care setting.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal escorts.Monitor resident status and report changes to the Charge Nurse.Maintain accurate documentation and answer call lights promptly.RequirementsCertification: Active, unencumbered Virginia CNA license.Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed CNA.Credentials: Current CPR and negative PPD/chest x-ray.Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to facility dress codes.Availability: Seeking candidates for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
