Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Support surgical procedures with a strong focus on Orthopedics, Total Joints, Arthroscopic Scopes, and Neurosurgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to sterile field protocols
• Anticipate surgical needs and manage instrumentation, supplies, and equipment appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or compact license eligibility
• Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Orthopedics, Total Joints, Scopes, and Neurosurgery cases
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience in a high-volume acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties beyond core requirements
