Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Accurately and thoroughly use technology despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think and ensure customers are satisfied, expectations exceeded, and solutions delivered Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Take pride in store appearance, help keep store clean, attractive and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Sales skills; ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Pay Range: $27.60 - $39.02 per hour Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
