• Board-certified Urologist
• Active New York physician license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• At least 1 year of urology experience required
• Ability to provide consistent weekend call coverage
• Comfort managing routine urology cases in an acute care setting
• Ability to meet a 30-minute response time requirement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with PA support and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide ongoing weekend call coverage for urology services
• Respond to patient care needs from Friday evening through Monday morning on assigned weekends
• Manage routine urology cases, including difficult Foley placements and kidney stone-related concerns
• Collaborate with PA support staff, who will perform initial assessments and escalate cases as needed
• Deliver timely clinical intervention for urgent and emergent urologic issues
• Support patient care at the main campus while maintaining required response times
• Document evaluations, recommendations, and treatment plans in accordance with facility standards
