Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join Ace Handyman Services. The role involves performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related maintenance tasks for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Execute high‑quality carpentry tasks on a variety of projects. Use proper tools and equipment, identifying which tools are required for each task. Diagnose and solve problems quickly and professionally. Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow craftsmen, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Maintain a clean‑cut, professional appearance and a clean vehicle. Keep tools organized and ready for work. Work as part of OneTeam to enhance the customer experience. Exceed customers’ expectations and look for opportunities to add additional work during visits. Punctuality, efficiency, and integrity are essential to achieve top customer satisfaction. Qualifications Good overall knowledge of carpentry and related trades. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Professional presentation and a clean vehicle. Organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently.
