ROBOTIC WELDER, Experienced - 2nd Shift - Meriden, KS

Skills/Qualifications:

• Set up and operate arc welding robot that welds together parts of fabricated metal products as specified by blueprints, layouts, welding procedures and operating charts.
• Starts machine and observes meters and gauges or observes welding action for compliance with procedures.
• Loading and unloading the welding robot.
• Visually examines welds for adherence to specifications.
• Adjusts machine set up to vary size, location and penetration of bead.
• Monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• Programming or setup experience
• Sheet metal fabrication background
• Experience with tight tolerances and high-mix/low-volume work
