The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children, guiding their early development through expertly planned curriculum and attentive supervision. This role involves independent classroom leadership with consistent communication and collaboration with parents, alongside ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom activities and maintain a safe learning environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Supervise and support toddlers during indoor and outdoor activities
• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding child progress and needs
• Assess child development and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential

• 2+ years experience in early childhood education
• Classroom management skills
• Strong knowledge of child development principles
