AI Security Engineering Director

Leading the engineering organization for AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Engineering Director will build and scale the team responsible for discovering AI agents, managing their identities, and controlling their actions, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and drive the engineering roadmap for the AI security platform, overseeing agent discovery and authorization Build and lead a multi-team engineering organization, hiring and developing engineering managers and senior engineers Ensure the organization adheres to engineering standards and collaborates effectively with product and architecture teams Required qualifications Typically 12 or more years in software engineering with experience leading engineering teams Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations and delivering complex backend products Strong technical expertise in identity, authorization, cloud security, or distributed systems Experience managing a product or platform area in partnership with product management Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering talent
