RemX is hiring a Install Coordinator for a busy and growing organization in West Seneca, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, managing multiple projects at once, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through are critical.

Pay: $24-$27/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: West Seneca, NY (100% Onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and business partners.
• Prepare pricing estimates and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Manage orders from initial request through final completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project details are accurate and schedules stay on track.
• Monitor account activity and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Verify required documentation and ensure all information is complete before projects move forward.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service.
• Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions within company systems.
• Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and billing teams to support successful project completion.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails while providing a positive customer experience.
• Assist with additional administrative and customer support duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working with order management, CRM, ERP, or scheduling systems is a plus.
