Post-Master’s Clinical Fellow

We are currently accepting applications for our Post-Master’s Clinical Fellowships (LCPC and LCSW tracks) and are seeking clinicians who are passionate about psychotherapy, committed to their growth, and ready to develop within a highly supportive and values-aligned team. Each track is supported by dedicated supervisors and tailored to the specific licensure requirements and clinical development of LCPC and LCSW clinicians. Our fellowship programs are designed for clinicians who are ready to build a strong clinical foundation, deepen their therapeutic voice, and grow into confident, skilled psychotherapists within a structured and supportive clinical environment. We maintain a small, intentionally selected cohort to ensure depth of training and support. This role is designed for clinicians who are ready to take ownership of their development while practicing within a supportive and well-held clinical environment. It moves at a meaningful pace and is best suited for those who are ready to step into consistent clinical work early in their development. WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE A Structured, Supportive Clinical Experience Fellows build a full-time caseload of approximately 25 client hours per week , with additional time dedicated to supervision, training, documentation, and care coordination. High-Quality Supervision Receive weekly individual supervision with experienced licensed clinicians, along with group supervision , providing both depth and community in your development. A Depth-Oriented Clinical Environment Develop your skills within a practice grounded in somatic therapy, trauma recovery, maternal mental health, positive psychology, and relationship therapy , while exploring your own clinical interests. A Personalized Growth Path Fellows are supported in doing a “deep dive” into areas of clinical passion , with opportunities to explore modalities such as Imago Relationship Therapy, EMDR, somatic approaches, and more.
