- Establish and cultivate a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs. \n
- Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth. \n
- Continuously evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, referring clients to specialists when required, and maintaining comprehensive records of patient interactions. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. \n
- Participate in regular training and professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling. \n
In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Competency in establishing client rapport and demonstrating strong therapeutic skills. \n
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a focus on building collaborative relationships. \n
- Knowledgeable in evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling. \n

- At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, ideally in a clinical setting. \n
- Training or specific experience in addiction counseling and awareness of co-occurring disorders is highly desirable. \n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
