Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours per weekShift: Days, 7am-7pm with rotating weekends and holidaysUnit Highlights:PCU Medical (8-Tower) is a multi-system progressive care unit. We serve adults through geriatric lifespan of development that require complex, comprehensive multidisciplinary care. The care team is comprised of nurses, patient care techs, monitor techs, HUCs, education specialists, infection preventionists, care managers, physicians and nursing leaders. There are opportunities to become dobhoff, port certified and learn central line maintenance and care. From pre-cardiac surgery to gastrointestinal procedures, to intensive care unit step-downs- we see them all! As a PCU, we can start cardiac and insulin drips. It is a great unit to get a solid foundation of nursing skills in all the body systems.Primary Job Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
