Head of Marketing - Customer Growth (Remote)

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting directly to the CMO. You will inherit an experienced team and define the strategy from day one, aligning executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing. You will own product marketing, define go-to-market positioning for service lines, and lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting to elevate proposals, decks, and case studies used by Sales.
