Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the Clinical Technician performs a variety of routine duties involving the care of patients including performing direct patient care or activities of daily living, observing changes in the status of patients, providing a clean and safe environment, transporting patients, and other related duties. Clinical Technicians must be empathetic and have good communication and nursing skills to care for patients.## **Education:**High school diploma or equivalent is required## **Experience:**1 year experience as a Clinical Technician II as defined in the core skills for Clinical Technician III, or1 year experience as a Clinical Technician II who has successfully completed the VHC Health Clinical Technician III education, orCompleted a training program meeting core skills & competencies, orSuccessful completion of the VHC Health Nurse Externship Program## **Certification/Licensure:**BLS Certification required.**At VHC Health, every role contributes to exceptional care, better outcomes, and stronger communities.** In addition to your base compensation, VHC Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage (subject to eligibility requirements), as well as additional wellness and retirement benefits designed to support our employees and their families.
