As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project execution, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management and team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives
• Coordinate assigned projects to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to gather information and share project updates
• Maintain organized project records, documentation, and administrative files
• Utilize project management software, databases, and reporting tools to track project activity
• Identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adjust priorities and schedules as business needs require
