Location: Pawcatuck, Connecticut
Job Summary
- Mechanical Engineer with 6+ years of engineering and CAD design experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
- Minimum 4+ years of Plastics Extrusion & Converting experience.
- Experience with custom / Engineer-to-Order (ETO) machinery .
- Ability to support multiple machine projects with minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom machinery and equipment using SolidWorks.
- Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation .
- Support multiple concurrent machine design and manufacturing projects .
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Use PDM/PLM systems for engineering data and document management.
