Business Development Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will identify and qualify potential franchise leads, conduct market and competitor research, and help build pipelines of prospective clients. Daily activities include outreach via email, phone, and digital channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the preparation of proposals and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation campaigns and ensuring a professional, service-oriented experience for prospects and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess lead quality, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal skills for outreach and client interactions.
- Lead Generation experience using digital tools, networking, and targeted outreach to build robust pipelines.
- Market Research capabilities to analyze franchise sectors, identify trends, and segment target audiences.
- Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, manage client expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales or marketing workflows.
- Self-directed work style, strong organization, and reliability in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in franchise, marketing, or business development environments is beneficial.
