Senior Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance and MGA domain experience)

Job Title: Associate Principal - Business AnalysisTechnical Skills (Must Have):Primary Domain Skill: Insurance Brokerage P&C Insurance and MGA MGUProduct Experience: AMS and PAS products like AMS360 EPIC Sagitta etc.Hands on experience of SQL and ability to write Simple to Medium complex queriesHands on experience of Analytical tools like Power BI etc.Job Description:Collaborate with client Business Leads and various team members to define the business vision and scope for the projectDriving key requirements elicitation design and review sessionsExperience in various software development methodologies like Agile Scrum WaterfallAbility to write concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria with business approvalElicits detailed product requirements and use cases and develop and maintain the business requirementsPeriodical review and update of the requirement documentsCoordinating with Business for UAT signoffTesting Applications to deliver functionality as desired by the BusinessSoft Skills: Must have strong written and oral communication skillsGood knowledge of solving complex business technical problemsStrong ability to work with client stakeholdersGood analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are neededShould work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levelsInquisitive in nature and ability to think criticallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
