This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and employees. General Cleaning Duties Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors. Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment. Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies. Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance. Technician Stall Cleaning Clean and sanitize technician stalls, removing grease, oil, and automotive fluids. Ensure safe and organized work environments for technicians. Properly dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations. Exterior Maintenance Sweep and clean service drive areas, parking lots, and entrances. Remove litter and debris from sidewalks and dealership exteriors. Clear snow, ice, and debris from walkways as needed. Operational Maintenance Tasks Operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment. Perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing fixtures. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; notify management when supplies need replenishment. Assist with setup and teardown for special events or promotions. Conduct touch-up painting and drywall repairs. Address minor plumbing and equipment issues. Safety And Compliance Adhere to company safety protocols and health regulations. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly. Required Skills & Abilities Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and techniques. Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards. Reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete tasks on time. Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
