Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Room

Summary Reports to Nurse Manager of a designated Critical Care department and is responsible for assisting with planning, administering, and evaluating twenty‑four hour operation of a single nursing unit. In doing so, the nurse is assigned duties based on patients’ needs, staffing availability, etc. Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients’ condition, receives physicians' orders, and notes patients' charts. Directs preparation and maintenance of patients’ clinical records. Location and Shift Broward Health North Shift: Shift 1
