This hybrid position allows for flexibility to perform either function depending on shift assignments and business needs.Servers and Bartenders are expected to be energetic, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a busy, beer-forward restaurant and brewery setting.As a Harpoon Beer Captain, you'll be at the heart of our pop-up operations in Boston Common, serving up not just our craft beers but also a great atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who loves being outdoors and engaging directly with customers.
