GGG companies provide strength in sourcing, insurance, finance, logistics, food safety and information technology, and supplies the needs of retailers, distributors, foodservice chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers alike.We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse coordination and will play a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root-cause problem solving. This individual will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure the delivery of our products on time.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Main point of contact for warehouseCommunicate with internal and external parties through phone and emailReview, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPsProcess bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory controlCoordinate Warehouses transfersManage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance departmentEnsure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepanciesImprove, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growthQualifications:5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel skills a must (lookups, data cleaning)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf - motivated, able to work independently and collaborativelyPositive attitude and strong work ethicBachelor's degree preferredSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonusOur company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q1 of 2027.
