NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT

- # beds/rooms: 20 provider pods
- Average # patients per day: up to 25 in Primary Care, can see up to 50/day in walk-in.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Primary care clinic- newborns to geriatrics, skin biopsy, circumcision, wart removal, occasional stitches, splinting
- Job duties: Computers we use AEHR, a lot of daily work is done on the computer program, EKG's which we train everyone, help with minor procedures, rooming patients, vaccines, clean the room after each patient, stocking the rooms, patient phone calls, working closely with providers.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Clinic experience preferred
- # of providers in clinic per day: 19 providers, varies - some 4 days/week
- Is there a Manager/Supervisor on each shift?: Yes - RN Lead
- Do you use Medical Assistants or CNA's?: CNA & CMA
- EMR: AEHR and Meditech
- Shifts & Scheduling: Manager Scheduling - Varied 8s or 10s, 0800-1700 or 0700-1800
- Weekend Requirement: None
- Holiday Requirement: None
- Floating Requirements: will float to different primary care departments- Peds, Family, OB, walk-in, Internal Med
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1 week
- Scrub color/dress code: Black scrub pants & light blue top
- Additional Notes: Attributes that help someone be successful here include teamwork, time management, ambition, self starter, and problem solving skills
- Parking: On Site

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
