A leading energy company located in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to lead operations for synchronous condenser assets. This role involves providing technical support, responding to operational issues, and coordinating outage requests. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in transmission system operations. Applicants familiar with ERCOT protocols and tools like Power System Simulator for Engineering (PSSE) are preferred.
