This position is focused on strengthening sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience to every member and business partner. Leading by example, you will take ownership of branch sales goals, support fellow Member Experience Specialists, and help create a culture of accountability and service excellence. With a strong focus on relationship building and business development, you will open business accounts, conduct local outreach and canvassing, and identify opportunities to welcome new organizations into the SkyOne family.Serving as a strategic ambassador to our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), you will nurture existing partnerships, build new connections, and expand SkyOne's presence within the community. By championing our SOAR service and sales model, you will guide meaningful conversations that uncover member needs, strengthen relationships, and support both community engagement and branch sales outcomes.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST II JOBTo succeed as a Member Experience Specialist II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you should bring a well-rounded skill set focused on strengthening member relationships, supporting team collaboration, and driving branch results. Experience with business development activities, including canvassing and community outreach, will support your ability to strengthen relationships with local businesses and community partners.
