Paraprofessional

Our district is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team for the 20262027 school year. The paraprofessional will work closely with teachers and students to provide academic, behavioral, and instructional support while helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate required
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting students and helping them succeed
• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and student activities
• Provide individualized and small-group support to students
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organization and other duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the Special Services Department
