Community Support Associate (KRCC - Perry Crisis House) Credentials required: High School Diploma or GED, experience working with homeless youth ages 14 - 25. Special Skills: Ability to utilize an electronic medical record, effective interpersonal skills, basic understanding of mental health with one year experience working with homeless youth. Primary Functions: Provide individual and group services Teaching emotion regulation, crisis coping, independent living, and other skills as needed. Educate clients on community resources and how to access them. Complete weekly reports. Develop monthly calendars. Report to the TAY Assistant Director.
