This is an opportunity to lead a pharmacy team in a mission-driven environment where strong collaboration and a commitment to the community directly impact patient care.Directs daily operations of pharmacy services. This position directs and supports pharmacy staff and participates in determining the department's short- and long-term goals, as well as related policies and procedures. Provides leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff.Essential FunctionsProvides leadership, guidance, and serves as a role model to professionals under their supervision.Supervises and directs the daily operations of pharmacy services; schedules and assigns staff.Serves as a resource regarding pharmacy policies for pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff.Participates in on-call responsibilities as assigned.Oversees staff development and performance evaluations.Assists with the recruitment, interviewing, and training of new staff.Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.Conducts educational programs, in-services, and staff meetings.QualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy required or Doctor of Pharmacy Pharmacy required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
