• On-call shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7 AM, covering 24 hours.
• Manage an average of 6 patients per shift, with approximately 5 patients seen during on-call hours.
• Involvement in both inpatient care and rounding duties.
• Experience in general neurosurgery and adult neurosurgery is essential.
• Proficiency in skull base surgery is required.
• Experience in spinal surgery, both with and without instrumentation, is necessary.
• Familiarity with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine procedures is expected.
• Experience with tumor cases is preferred.
