You will handle phone calls, schedule tests and surgeries, register patients, and collect co-pays with accuracy and courtesy. Strong communication, basic medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in healthcare and knowledge of ICD-10/CPT codes are preferred.
