Locations Winsted Indust Pk, 145 Price Rd, Winsted, CT, 06098, US (On-site) Job Schedule Full time Export-Controlled Data This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, managing work orders, tracking parts and repairs, and maintaining accurate records within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Responsibilities Manage and update work orders in the CMMS. Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders. Track parts orders and assist with spare parts inventory management. Coordinate maintenance projects and repair schedules. Arrange shipment and return of motors and equipment sent out for repair. Scan and maintain maintenance manuals and records in the CMMS. Document maintenance activities and equipment history. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in maintenance, manufacturing, inventory, or planning Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred: CMMS software preferred.
