Client Delivery Executive - Financial Services

Job DutiesProvides delivery management services to financial services clientsInteracts with client senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projectsEstablish, monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followedWorks with offshore and nearshore delivery managers to ensure cost effective, cohesive quality delivery results are achievedWorks closely with the consulting leads and client partners to help build a combined value proposition between technology and consulting teamsMonitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processesProvide delivery support for strategic digital transformation, automation and data integration programs for large FS clientsWorks closely with senior management, and project teams, both onshore and offshore to successfully manage and deliver on time and within budget Required Skills10+ years project/program management experience and 10+ years delivery management experience7+ years FS experience3+ years experience in Commercial banking, Risk & Regulatory preferred. Prior Experience supporting large integration programs for financial institutions.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsExcellent presentation skills for audiences of varying levelsAble to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential informationPosting Date:Department: -
