Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Federal Way, WA. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the position. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings preferred. Ability to deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care and adhere to risk-stratified protocols. Comfort with productivity expectations based on optimal dosage models (45–60 minute sessions). Willingness to use clinical productivity and efficiency tools such as electronic documentation platforms and practice support systems.
