We are growing and seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to serve on-site; overseeing a team of 20–25 production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role with a high level of autonomy and daily decision-making authority — HR partners with you throughout, but you own the floor.

• $72,000–$78,000+/year (Direct Hire Offers, based on experience)

Experience we are looking for:

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Comfortable running the floor solo — a true "player-coach" who leads by example
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles; experience supporting or leading Continuous Improvement (CI) projects a plus
• ERP system experience is a PLUS
• Strong employee relations skills — coaching, corrective action, conflict resolution, and team accountability
• Experience managing payroll, timecards, and attendance
• Metal/fabrication background a plus
• Quality control mindset and process-driven approach
• Track record of managing labor efficiency, not just headcount
• Excellent shift-to-shift communication and reporting skills
