Requirements Develop Ecosystem Marketing Strategies:Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Sei ecosystem, engaging developers, partners, and the broader community to drive adoption and brand visibility. Identify Collaboration Opportunities:Evaluate and build partnerships and co-marketing initiatives within the ecosystem to amplify Sei’s reach and solidify its position as the fastest layer 1 blockchain. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Monitor emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth and alignment with Sei’s vision. Content Development:Craft engaging and educational content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and thought leadership pieces, to inspire and connect with the Sei community. Community & KOL Management:Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders, strengthening Sei’s position as a trusted partner in the blockchain ecosystem. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure ecosystem marketing aligns with Sei’s broader goals and brand messaging. Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or Web3. Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, and opportunities. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to craft effective growth strategies in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience building strong relationships with partners, developers, and influencers. Creative and innovative mindset, with a track record of developing compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
