Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This role supports the kitchen team by ensuring all items are sanitized and available for daily operations while following health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Sweep, mop, and keep kitchen floors clean and safe
• Remove trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, storage areas, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and back-of-house duties as needed
• Ensure supplies such as soap, sanitizer, and paper products are stocked
