Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
- Current COTA licensure or certification required
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Prior SNF or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation requirements
- Expected 35 hours per week providing a consistent and stable schedule throughout the contract
- 13-week contract offering a defined engagement with opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing setting
