Job Title: Social Content Specialist, Sales & Marketing

Domain: Consumer Health & Hygiene

Work location: Chicago, IL 60607 - Hybrid Role

Duration: 03 months from start date (Extension/conversion will be based on the performance)

Pay Rate: ($25-$28) hourly

Responsibilities:
Core Focus

• 90% content creation
• 10% community management

Required Skills

• Candidates who can create social media content, but also star in their own videos, and post , or candidates who have acting/theatre experience.
• 2+ years in social media content creation
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills
• Tools: Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
• Acting or theatre experience/training (strong plus for on-camera presence and creative storytelling)
• Deep understanding of social trends/platforms
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Portfolio required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social content for popular social media platforms.
• Design graphics and edit short-form videos
• Follow brand guidelines and social trends
• Collaborate with marketing/internal teams on campaigns
• Develop social templates, toolkits, and creative assets
• Monitor comments/messages and engage with audiences
• Escalate trends, issues, or opportunities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Community management experience
• Sprinklr experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design
• Spanish bilingual

Work Conditions

• Occasional evenings/weekends
• Up to 25% travel
