Sonic Title is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to help keep our title and closing operations running smoothly. This role supports the team behind the scenes by assisting with file flow, communication, document handling, scheduling, and day-to-day operational tasks that help ensure a fast, accurate, and professional closing experience for our clients and partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the title and closing team with daily operational and administrative tasks
Assist with opening, organizing, and maintaining files throughout the transaction process
Monitor file progress and help ensure tasks, documents, and deadlines are completed on time
Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors as needed to help move files forward
Prepare, scan, upload, and organize documents in the company’s systems
Assist with scheduling closings, coordinating signings, and confirming appointments
Review files for completeness and escalate missing items or issues to the appropriate team member
Help maintain internal records, checklists, and workflow accuracy
Provide general support to the operations team to improve efficiency and client experience

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with technology, document systems, and standard office software
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed
Title, mortgage, real estate, escrow, or transaction coordination experience is a plus, but not required depending on the candidate
