AWS Sr. Cloud Infra Architect

Qualifications and Experience More than 10+ years of experience overall and 5+ years in working with AWS Infrastructure for Applications. Cloud native design pattern knowledge and experience defining the ‘right fit’ architecture for Applications based on AWS Well-Architected framework. Stateful and stateless application design knowledge. Hands‑on experience designing and provisioning infrastructure on AWS Cloud using Terraform or OpenTofu. Strong understanding of infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaC automations using Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD using Jenkins/Github Actions. Strong understanding of AWS Security and how to meet application compliance requirements. Experience working with engineering teams to define best practices and processes to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle – Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate, such as automating lifecycle activities, self‑service orchestration and provisioning, configuration management. Experience defining technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction. Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open‑source technologies and tools. Required Certification AWS Certified Solution Architect Nice to Have Strong understanding of infrastructure for Applications (Network, Storage, Processing, Backup/DR etc). Knowledge of Pulumi. Full stack development experience (React / NodeJS). Design infrastructure on AWS Cloud. Perform infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaC automations using Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD using Github Actions. Work on securing AWS environments and meet compliance requirements. Define technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction. Drive continuous improvement including design, standardization of processes and methodologies. Assess feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per annum.
