We're looking for an exceptional Staff Product Designer to play a defining role in shaping the future of Ōura's enterprise experience. This is a high-impact opportunity to design the tools and dashboards that help employers, researchers, and clinicians unlock the power of population-level health data — while staying seamlessly connected to the personal wellness journey of every Ōura member. The work you do here will directly influence how organizations make decisions that improve people's lives at scale.You'll operate at the highest level of craft and strategy, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, and Commercial teams to turn complex health data into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely useful. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
